Elaboration: The grapes are destemmed and subsequently macerated at a controlled temperature. The must fermented in wooden vats with punching down and underwent malolactic fermentation in barrels. It was aged in French oak barrels (80% new and 20% from a wine) for 19 months.

Service: From 16 to 18 ºC, we recommend decanting
